At OpenAir Coffee, much like all our lives, believe its not about the destination, its about the journey.  We didn't set out to make one roast.  We are constantly working with small growers globally to understand the origin of their specific crop and enhance what the fields have provided. 

With the except for our signature blend, Pikes Peak, we are constantly exploring and creating new and unique single origin, highly graded, craft beans from small growers.
