I've been on an Open Air Coffee subscription for a few months now, and I am so consistently impressed with both the coffee and the customer service. I tend to be painfully picky about my beans, and every roast I have tried is so rich, flavorful, balanced and exactly what I'm looking for. This coffee is such a treat to have every morning! Its the best coffee I've been able to find in a really long time. Furthermore, the customer service on the subscription has been great. Members of the team quickly helping if I need to pause for a cycle or so, or just reaching out to make sure I like what I'm getting or even even a small sample thrown in to try of a different roast which is so fun! My wife got this coffee as a gift for me and I will say it is the best coffee I had in a long time. The flavor and aroma are excellent, you can not go wrong when drinking. Truly is exceptional!
I was on the road and stopped for a coffee at a large well known chain; the brew was alkaline, harsh, thin, with little left on the palette except for not wanting more of it. When I got home I had a cup of Pikes Peak from Open Air Coffee and what a stunning difference! Round with a balanced full palette of cocoa, vanilla, a little hint of citrus and so smooth it was like an old fashioned chocolate shake. Can’t ever go back once you have experienced the best.
