Green:  This green coffee green coffee was produced and washed by two farmers who share a philosophy for continuous improvement in coffee quality.  Their farm enjoys rainy and dry seasons facilitating ripe cherries with notes of roasted almond, green apple and vanilla.  These beans have a cup score of 85.

Roasting Comments: During our cupping taste tests the medium stood out with clear hints of milk chocolate, brown sugar and a bit or orange cream.
